Working principle of gas steam boiler:

Gas steam boiler is mainly composed of boiler shell, furnace bile, economizer, boiler drum, water wall, combustion equipment, air preheater, etc. Water in the pot (boiler drum) is constantly heated by the energy released by the combustion of gas fuel in the furnace, the temperature rises and produces pressure steam, because the boiling point of water rises with the increase of pressure, the pot is sealed. The expansion of water vapor inside is limited to produce pressure to form thermal power (strictly speaking, the boiler's water vapor is heated to saturation water in the cylinder at constant pressure and then vaporized) as a kind of energy is widely used.

Precautions for steam boiler use:

The gas steam boiler quickly pulls the pull rod of the safety valve at least once a month to check its flexibility of take-off and return to the seat. The safety valve should be checked regularly at the local technical supervision bureau every year.

1. Please strictly operate the steam boiler according to the product instruction manual. Close the drain valve, open the water supply valve, and check whether the water pump is stuck. If the water pump is stuck, remove the rear cover of the air blade, and turn the motor shaft to the flexible state

2. Preparations: Check whether the power supply and water supply are abnormal before starting the system. Be sure to cut off the power supply to avoid hazards caused by live work.

3. Steam boiler inspection: When you repair the boiler or replace the parts, to prevent burning.

4. Moisture-proof and moisture-proof: electric control box, pump motor and other parts should be prevented from moisture and water. The boiler should be kept clean. In accordance with relevant boiler water quality requirements.

5. Water treatment equipment: Please be sure to install water softener when using gas steam boiler, because not using water softener will cause scale in the internal structure of the boiler, which will cause tube explosion and shorten the life of the boiler. Sewage pipes should also be properly and safely connected.

6. Please pay attention to discharge: discharge at least once a day and discharge with 0.1MPa0.15MPa pressure. Beware of accidental burns
